The kitchen is alive with the sound of buscuits!!!!

All the bambino's are gone, so what is a girl to do? I finally had an epiphany. I'm going to get a hobby!!! Blue has body building, and the website management thingy,(plus she will have babies soon) Cooper has his Coopflix, Hank has the house security thing and general neurosis, Cece has her gift bag for puppy's and dogs business, and Lulu's hobby is well...Lulu. SO! I decided that I am going to hone my cooking skills and start "7 dogs bakery!" Lulu says that there is already a 3 dogs bakery, and what happens if we add more dogs? So my other choices were "TUB-O-NUBS Bakery" (lulu says that makes us sound fat) "GOOD COOKIES MADE BY DOGS" (Lulu said it was too simple sounding...she is REALLY opinionated GOSH!) My final choice was "KRT KENNEL COOKIES" (Mom said I was brilliant for that one, and Lulu would NEVER argue with mom) SO KRT Kennel Cookies will be up and running in no time soon! Mommy got some culinary training in the past. lulu said it was in "PRAY-VONCE", she saw mom's name on something over there. I think Provence is in Rhode Island or something. Anyways, the woman can cook!! Cookies, pies, pastas, sauces, breads, appetizers, meats (well, dad is the king of the grill, mom likes his meat!) Everyone said they wish that mom and dad would have people over more often because everything they cook is so GOOD! Anyways, mom set up some 'mommy and me' time...she got out a bunch of her cook books so we can hammer out some recipes and decide what we are going to focus on. Lulu was calling this a 'focus group'. She just wants in on it, she has to get her manicured little paws into everything I swear! Once we get all the details done, Blue said that that she would put something on the web site about it if we want (she is a wiz at marketing) CeCe said that she would use them in her gift bags, Cooper said that he would do a review on them, Roo volunteered to be the taste tester (big shock there) and Hank said he would make sure no one stole the secret sauce (do we have a secret sauce yet?) I emailed Aunt Gracie and cousin Murphy down south to see if they want some for Gracies photo shoots (she's gonna be the new K-9 Coppertone model Lulu talks about her good looks NON STOP) She is really gorgeous though, I have met her in person.

We are meeting on Friday and hopefully we will be able to get our business plan together (I'm so excited! It sounds SO OFFICIAL!!) Mom says she will back me financially, whatever that means. Blue she said that there won't be much overhead, just the cost of ingredients. I wanted to have some business cards, t-shirts, banners, bumper stickers, and have mom's Mini Cooper wrapped with advertising for it, but mom says let's not put the least before the dog. Either way, stay tuned, and stay hungry, things are getting tasty around here!!!
